All of our items are shipped with tracking and insured by our business.
Please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping for any custom items. All other items are shipped within 3-5 days. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days in the US and approximately 2 days in Canada. If you live abroad, please contact us for estimated shipping times.
For “ready to ship” items, we offer a 14 day, no questions asked, return policy. This means that you can have the item in your possession for 14 days prior to posting for return. You will receive 100% refund of your purchase less our shipping fees and any costs for resizing, engraving, or other alterations. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping with a tracking number and signature upon delivery. Please contact us prior to returning an item for specific instructions.
For custom orders, sales are final unless in the unlikely occurrence we do not deliver what we had agreed upon, or that your item has defects. In that case we would provide a full refund. Items being refunded will need to be returned in their original condition with all original documentation. Again, please contact us prior to returning any items for instructions.
All of our gold, platinum, and palladium pieces are warranted for one year from date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship with the exception of necklace chains. The item may be returned for repair or replacement. Any modification or alteration by another jeweler will void the warranty.

Any item valued over $1800USD is eligible for a complimentary appraisal prepared by a local, 3rd party, GIA graduate gemologist and licensed appraiser. For items valued below $1800USD, appraisals or certificates are available for an additional fee.
